Practice Summary

Salma’s practice comprises commercial and public law.  She specialises in: commercial chancery; banking and finance; sports law; public and private international law; human rights.

Salma advises and represents high net worth individuals, businesses and governments. She has particular expertise in disputes involving sovereign wealth funds, trusts, Middle Eastern businesses, statespersons, banking and finance (including Sharia compliance), and the Caribbean. She is a qualified arbitrator and mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

In addition, Salma advises various Peers at the House of Lords and drafts legislation on an ad-hoc basis.  She also advises, represents, and drafts legislation/governance documents for officials in the Eastern Caribbean and Middle East.
