Richard Clayton QC gives annual case law update at Solicitors’ in Local Government weekend school in April

For the 12th year in a row Richard gave his popular update lecture on the case law of the last year on community care and mental health, education, environmental and planning housing, judicial review, local government and public procurement cases to the local government solicitors’ weekend conference.
